No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Browsing the Site or submitting a general inquiry does not, on its own, create a doctor-patient, physiotherapist-patient, counsellor-client, or other clinician-patient relationship. That relationship is established only once you have booked and attended an appointment with one of our providers.
Appointment Booking
Booking requests submitted through the Site are subject to confirmation by our clinic. We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments at our discretion, including where a service is not clinically appropriate or where a provider’s availability changes.
Emergencies
